Message: I was on a very short time frame before I placed my order. I had gotten an email quote which I failed to follow up on. I got a follow up email from Megan as a reminder. When I stopped in I was greeted by Megan who was aware of me just by first name and as a valued customer before I agreed to or spent a dime.. The time frame initially presented to me was not going to work so I was going to cancel and revisit the order at another time. When Megan asked what my issues were she addressed them and got me more than enough business cards in about six hours.. It's so refreshing today to still be able to walk in to a company and feel like you matter to the owners and the staff. It's times like these not only gets a business a customer but created customer loyalty.

Message: I had gone to Minuteman Press in Delray Beach first. Parked next to someone sitting on their motorcycle eyeing me as I pulled in. As I walked from my car to the shop motorcycle guy turned on the radio as loud as it could go. Once inside, I explained what I wanted. The person at the counter said I needed to speak to (don't remember name) and pointed towards the door. I turned around and motorcycle guy was walking in the door with a strange sideways smile. "No way I'm dealing with this guy. " Went to Minuteman in Boca. Posters came out great. Excellent customer service.. My suggestion: Go straight to Minuteman in Boca Raton.
