Message: Eli and Amy at the West Concourse FedEx were the most helpful and kind FedEx employees I have ever worked with. We had some late packages shipped to FedEx for a convention in the South Concourse and they went above and beyond to not only receive the packages but to take my personal cell phone number and let me know when they arrived. My second order arrived later than my first and Eli drove the packages from the West to the South Concourse for me. They made a hectic situation a bit brighter and I'll be forever grateful for their assistance.
